Private practice with 2 locations seeking to add a pediatric dentist. Under construction is a new 6000 square foot facility with 6 hygiene bays, 4 restorative and 2 surgery ops. The practice has been around for over 10 years and does $4.5mm in collections, with 9 months booked out in hygiene, and is limited only because it needs another provider. The practices are located in beautiful Maine, not far from Acadia National Park.
