Are you passionate about serving your community? Star Community Health Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking General and Pediatric Dentists for our Dental program. The full time Dentist will provide direct dental care to patients in the communities supported by our Health Center.
Our Health Center is affiliated with St. Luke's Dental Medicine Residency that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA). Our residents, faculty and Providers work together to provide excellent care for our patients and support each other in an environment of teaching and scholarly activity. The Core Faculty positions are responsible for leading, administering, and supervising all aspects of the Dental Clinic Residency Program.
This position does not have preceptor responsibilities.
Candidates must be board certified/board eligible. New grads are welcome to apply. A valid unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania and evidence of current professional liability insurance. A current conscious sedation (Nitrous Oxide sedation) license is desirable. Current certificate in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support.
