Job summary

Dental Associates of Minnesota in Savage, MN, is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician for the Children's Clinic. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, supporting instrument sterilization, infection control, and supply readiness to ensure a safe patient experience.

You will maintain sterile environments, manage instrument processing, and assist with workflow to help clinicians deliver high-quality care to children.

Responsibilities

• Instrument sterilization & processing: Collect, clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments per OSHA, CDC, and state guidelines.
• Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Package and organize instruments using proper sterilization methods.
• Monitor cycles, indicators, and testing logs; perform routine maintenance and quality checks.
