Children's Dental Health is seeking a passionate X-ray certified Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. You will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, take X-rays, maintain patient records, and provide exceptional patient care.

The ideal assistant has a calm disposition and a talent for building rapport with young patients.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification required.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, restorative, and orthodontics.
• Dental Assisting certificate preferred.
• Dental office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients to make them comfortable and prepare them for treatment.
• Taking and processing X-rays of patients
• Assist the doctors and patients with a wide range of restorative procedures
• Chart and enter notes in Dentrix
• Work in a team-oriented environment
