Job summary

A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant for the Pediatric Clinic.

You will support students and faculty chairside, maintain supplies, manage operatories, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. CPR and X-ray certification plus CDA preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR and X-ray certification required.
• 2-3 years dental assisting experience.
• At least one year experience with electronic health records.
• Knowledge of OSHA, aseptic procedures, HIPAA, sterilization and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and/or faculty chairside.
• Maintain supply levels.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of operatories.
• Process biopsies (Oral/Perio Surgery).
• Participate in staff and departmental meetings.
• Ensure clinic department operations and safety compliance.
