Job summary

Empower Dental Group is seeking a qualified Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team in California. You will assist dentists during exams and procedures and handle scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds a state license as a Pediatric Dental Assistant, has at least two years of experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills. This part-time position supports a patient-centered, team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and provide to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments

We are seeking a qualified and caring Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will provide top‑notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is state‑licensed as a Pediatric Dental Assistant and has at least two years of experience. Schedule

Part‑Time 1‑2 days per week (TH/F)

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• 2 years previous experience as a pediatric dental assistant
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide high‑quality patient care
