Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time pediatric dental assistant to support our patient-first practice in Ohio. You will help with chair-side procedures, vital signs, charting, and patient safety in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires pediatric experience, dental assisting certification, and X-ray/CPR/BLS/N202 credentials. A valid Real ID driver’s license is needed before start date. E‑Verify is used in our hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to).
  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric dental experience.
  • X-Ray Certification.
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
  • N202 Certification.
  • Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Skilled in pediatric dental procedures, instrumentation, and chair‑side support.
  • Proficient in taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and monitoring patient safety.
  • Experienced in pediatric behavior management and patient preparation.
  • Competent with dental software, digital imaging, and clinical equipment.
  • Strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA).

Responsibilities

Schedule

1-2 Mondays a Month: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
