Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize dental treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental tools and equipment following infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix, updating medical histories and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care with empathy and clear communication.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials for daily operations.
• Adhere to body motion and ergonomics best practices to ensure safety during tasks.
