Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental assistant program with certification.
• CPR and coronal polishing certifications required; nitrous oxide certification a plus.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families to the office with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist the dentist chairside using 4-handed dentistry.
• Prepare patients for treatments, sterilize instruments, and maintain operatory.
