NC Pediatric Dentistry in Salisbury, NC seeks an experienced DAI/DAII to join our team and support quality pediatric dental care. The role involves assisting the dentist, educating patients and parents, and maintaining a safe, clean clinic environment.

The candidate should have a dental assistant program completion, X-ray certification, and Coronal Polishing certification; nitrous certification is a plus. We value teamwork, attention to detail and strong communication with families.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• Successful completion of a dental assistant program per state guidelines.
• Dental x-ray certification.
• Coronal Polishing Certification.
• Nitrous oxide certification desired but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Review treatment needs and answer questions before procedures.
• Perform routine dental cleanings and take radiographs.
• Monitors nitrous oxide and aids in patient education.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA-compliant environment.
• Stock supplies and coordinate with Clinical Coordinator.
• Openly communicate with patients and parents to ensure comfort.
