Job summary

DOCS Health in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support our pediatric patients with clinical procedures, patient preparation, and chair-side assistance. You will ensure accurate vital signs, medical histories, and safe patient flow.

The role requires current pediatric dental experience, X-ray and CPR/BLS, N202, and a willingness to obtain a Real ID license. The position offers a collaborative team, emphasis on infection control, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA while scheduling 1–2

Qualifications

Current Dental Assistant certification (in the state you are applying to).
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric dental experience.
X-Ray Certification.
CPR/BLS Certification.
N202 Certification.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Pediatric dental procedures, instrumentation, and chair-side support.
Taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and monitoring patient safety.
Pediatric behavior management and patient preparation.
Dental software, digital imaging, and clinical equipment usage.
Infection control, sterilization, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA).
