Happy Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics in Longview, Washington is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join a cheerful, patient-centered team. You will greet children, assist dentists, and help create a welcoming dental experience while maintaining sterile operatory conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; dental assisting program preferred.
• Experience as a dental assistant is preferred or willing to be trained.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform prophylaxis and take digital radiographs.
• Strong communication and people skills with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet pediatric patients with a warm, comforting demeanor.
• Assist the dentist during procedures and prepare treatment rooms.
• Sterilize instruments and take digital dental radiographs.
• Explain treatment plans to parents and reinforce oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
