Job summary

Happy Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics in the Federal Way area of Washington is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant who brings warmth, kindness, and reliable care. You’ll greet children, assist the dentist during procedures, prepare rooms, take digital radiographs, and help educate families on oral health.

Qualifications

  • Experience as dental assistant preferred or willingness to be trained.
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.

What would you do as a Dental Assistant

As a new Full-Time Dental Assistant at Happy Kids Dentistry, your daily routine will be both rewarding and engaging. Expect to greet our young patients with a warm smile, helping them feel comfortable and excited about their dental visits. You\'ll assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. A typical day includes preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and taking dental x-rays.

You\'ll also be responsible for explaining treatment plans to parents and helping kids understand the importance of dental hygiene through playful interactions. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy evenings and weekends with family and friends.
