Job summary

Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Florida is seeking a confident Pediatric Dental Assistant to support Dr. Stratton in all pediatric procedures and ensure every patient and parent has a positive, comfortable experience.

You will chairside assist during exams, cleanings, and restorations; prepare treatment rooms; maintain sterilization; and help create a welcoming, child-friendly environment while following infection control policies and our office procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Confident in a very fast-paced environment and receptive to feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

About the Role
