Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center in West Palm Beach, FL to recruit a Dental Anesthesiologist. You will join a dedicated team delivering safe anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia in a patient-centered setting.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with dentists, nurses, and dental assistants, with a focus on safety, high-quality care, and a positive perioperative culture. No on-call, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist Anesthesiologist
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Appropriate state licensure for the practice location
• Current BLS certification
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Experience practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team
• Care for approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
• Work closely with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other care team members
• Support a positive, patient-focused culture
