Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Caldwell, ID, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Treasure Valley DDA team.

You will supervise staff delivering pediatric therapy services and collaborate with Behavioral Interventionists to develop and review service plans for clients. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in human services or related field, 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete), 1040 hours of supervised experience, and willingness to work at Boise, Meridian or Nampa locations as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with 24 upper-division credits
• Completion or willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training before start date
• 1040 hours of supervised experience as Intervention Specialist or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance
• Minimum ten hours of documented training and five hours of supervised experience in assessments/implementation plans
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
• Willingness to cover Boise/ Meridian/ Nampa locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise agency service and support functions
• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients as needed
• Collaborate with Behavioral Interventionists to develop and review service plans
• Support implementation and review of client service plans
• May supervise multiple staff across locations
