Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team. You will design, implement, and monitor ABA interventions for 1:1 sessions, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and the care team.

A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required. Strong organizational and time-management skills, plus knowledge of insurance ABA requirements and billing, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Design, implement, and monitor intervention for assigned clients.
• Attend parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
• Ensure safety of clients, self, and others at all times.
• Complete initial assessments and authorization reports in a timely manner.
• Create data sheets to monitor progress and behaviors; revise client programming as needed.
• Design and ensure implementation of behavior intervention plans; supervise RBTs.
