Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC is seeking a Site Director of Nursing to lead a dedicated team, oversee daily clinical life, and champion quality care for children with complex medical needs. This is a Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends, offering consistent hours and a supportive team.

As SDON you will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and community resources to ensure individualized care, while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion across the center.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of the facility.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 6 months in PICU/NICU/PPEC.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS/CPR certification and TB test current.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and supervise nursing and support staff.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and specialists.
• Advocate for families and ensure individualized attention for each child.
• Lead in-service training and uphold quality assurance and a culture of excellence.
