Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or graduation from an ARRT-approved program.
• Passing score on cross sectional anatomy exam; if already certified, not required.
• ARRT certification in Radiology and CT within the specified timeframes.
• NYS certification for IV contrast within 90 days.
• CT certification required within 3 years of hire/transfer, with exams scheduled timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, preparation and positioning of patients to obtain high quality diagnostic CT images.
• Assist with CT procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.
