Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• A minimum 3 years ICU or ED experience is required.
• EMT experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• CCRN certification within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Total clinical nursing care of stable and unstable critically ill children during transportation (ground and air).
• Coordinate and communicate care with multidisciplinary teams from sending and receiving facilities.
• Work under medical director guidance and transport policies to ensure safe, evidence-based care in transit.
