Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Transport Team, delivering safe, family-centered care to critically ill children during ground or air transport.

Requirements include a BSN, minimum 3 years ICU/ED experience, MA RN licensure, and PALS/NRP/ACLS/EMT within 12 months with CCRN within 2 years. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. This role rotates days/nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years ICU or ED experience.
• EMT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Total clinical nursing care of stable and unstable critically ill children during transportation – ground and air transports.
• Communicating coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members from sending and receiving facilities.
• 36hrs; rotating days/nights and every third weekend.
