Job summary

Qualifications

• PGY1 residency with PGY2 or fellowship, or 5 years pediatric hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document care in the medical record and coordinate drug therapy.
• Communicate medication needs to the team and with patients/families.
• Precept residents, students, and interns; support teaching and quality initiatives.
