Seattle Children's is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool (Night Shift). The role involves working across PICU/CICU/NICU with a focus on safe, family-centered care and adherence to nursing standards.

The ideal candidate has pediatric nursing experience, an active Washington RN license, and BLS/PEARS or PALS as required by practice area. Relocation and sign-on incentives may apply based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Pediatric care experience may be required for specific departments.
• Must have a driving record acceptable to Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, family-centered patient care using the Nursing Care Process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the patient, family, and health care team.
• May supervise or delegate tasks to nursing staff and assistants as defined by policy.
