Arbor Therapy Glendale pediatric clinic is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. You will provide direct occupational therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed OT, using evidence-based, play-based approaches to foster independence and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR Card.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy treatment under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using play-based interventions.
• Support children with developmental delays, autism, sensory challenges, fine motor skills, ADLs.
• Assist with feeding therapy interventions when appropriate.
• Collect treatment data and document client progress.
