Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across Dallas–Fort Worth area including Cedar Hill, Desoto, Duncanville, and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising OT.
