Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco, CA is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our collaborative outpatient team. We provide one-on-one treatment and a unique hippotherapy program on our ranch, integrating Occupational Therapy within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will work across clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings, following documented treatment plans, documenting progress, and supporting families with home programs.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California COTA License.
• Pediatric experience a plus!
• Clear Livescan and TB Test.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children per treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and tally data.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for use in therapy activities.
• Adapt or modify materials and equipment for patient needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff.
