Job description

Carry out hands on pediatric occupational therapy with steady support from a lead OT. Each lead OT supervises no more than two assistants, so you get real time for coaching, questions, and case reviews, not just a name on paper.

Responsibilities:

Provide pediatric occupational therapy sessions in homes and community settings

Carry out care plans written by the supervising occupational therapist

Show caregivers how to practice skills between visits

Complete clear and timely documentation

Qualifications:

California license or registration for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required for COTA duties
