Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in NC and SC.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience with pediatric populations in clinical, school, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory integration or pediatric therapy frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions targeting fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment notes and goals accordingly.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, families, caregivers, and school personnel to support each child's development.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
