Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a growing outpatient team in Norco/Corona, CA. You will deliver one-on-one pediatric OT, follow established treatment plans, and support families through home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Valid California COTA license.
• Pediatric experience a plus.
• Clear Livescan.
• TB Test.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push or pull wheeled items over 100 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children following treatment plans.
• Help children achieve goals to increase independence in daily living activities.
• Document patient performance and tally data.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment.
• Adapt materials and equipment to patient needs.
• Participate in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and administrative staff.
• Design and monitor home exercise programs after discharge.
