Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nebraska.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on treatment and direct staff on treatment matters.
• Prepare patients for therapy and assist with dressing/undressing; braces and supportive devices.
• Implement patient care plans and goals using physical therapy skills.
• Measure and document range of motion and progress.
• Educate and motivate patients and families to learn and improve functional activities.
• Confer with other staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Document progress, home programs, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to GO Physical Therapy policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and equipment.
• Participate in continuing education and obtain required contact hours.
