Amazing Care, Inc. in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in‑home pediatric therapy under supervision of licensed OTs.

We offer flexible scheduling—PRN, part‑time, or full‑time—and opportunities to grow within a mission‑driven team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, educating families, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Texas and pediatric home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families.
• Proficient EMR documentation and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized pediatric home health treatment plans.
• Assess functional abilities using standardized tools as needed.
• Educate families on home programs and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care coordination.
• Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric therapy best practices and compliance.
