Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Eagle Pass, TX. You will work under licensed OTs to help children reach developmental milestones with patient-centered interventions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Flexibility to work with children with varying diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess functional abilities using standardized tools.
• Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
• Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
