Working Title: Pediatric Complex Care Manager
Location: Remote in North Carolina
We are a local governmental agency in North Carolina managing mental health, substance use, and disability services across 46 counties. Our mission is to support individuals and families in achieving well-being and a healthy life.
Join our integrated care team to support children with diverse medical and behavioral health needs, including intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and complex medical conditions.
Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or licensed HS professional/RN in NC.
Experience: Must meet QP status with at least two years of relevant HCBS care management experience, including working with children with MH/DD/SA needs.
Preferred: Experience in Care Management, Service Coordination, Mental Health Counseling, working with dually diagnosed children.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid NC driver’s license required. RN license preferred if applicable.
