Blythedale Children's Hospital in Westchester County, just 25 miles north of Manhattan, seeks a Certified Nursing Aide to support patient care under the nursing leader. You will obtain and report vital signs, assist with transfers, comfort pediatric patients, and help maintain a safe, clean unit.

This full-time role includes evening and night shifts, New York State CNA certification differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• New York State CNA certification required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain unit and patients’ rooms compliant with codes; record and report vital signs to RN.
• Assist with transfers and setup of adaptive equipment as directed by therapists or RN.
• Assist with or perform predetermined treatment procedures; feed patients during meals as needed.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and showers; maintain skin integrity and body alignment.
• Maintain professional boundaries and assist the nurse during emergencies.
