Job summary

Novant Health Township Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Matthews, NC. You will room patients, document vitals, support clinicians, and perform POCT with EMR documentation, coordinating with providers to ensure efficient visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CMA/CCMA/RMA or equivalent certification required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document vital signs and medical history.
• Support providers with patient care and clinical workflows.
• Perform point-of-care testing and document results in EMR.
• Manage provider in-basket including messages, refills, labs, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care activities to support quality outcomes.
