Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indiana is seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) for Pediatrics. You will support clinical care, patient flow, and care coordination in a fast-paced, team-based FQHC environment.

Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification issued by ABHES/CAAHEP.
• Graduate of an accredited CMA/RMA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and patient care in a pediatrics setting.
• Prepare exam rooms, take vital signs, and assist providers.
• Administer injections and perform point-of-care testing per CLIA standards.
• Triage calls, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Document accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance.
