Job summary

The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital Scholars Academy at MaineHealth is seeking a Research Coordinator I or II to support pediatric clinical studies through the Clinical Trials Office. You will coordinate research activities, assist investigators, and help with regulatory submissions and data management.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with REDCap and IRB processes, and a willingness to travel within the MH network. Hybrid schedule may be available.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred.
• Certification in clinical research preferred or required within four years.
• Experience with pediatric research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pediatric clinical research studies and BBCH SA scholarly projects.
• Assist in protocol writing, consent forms, CRFs, and SOPs.
• Facilitate IRB submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Manage data entry, data management, and project timelines.
• Support grant writing and educational activities for BBCH members.
• Learn and use online platforms (EDC and IRB systems).
• Train new investigators in available resources.
