Job summary

Connecticut Children’s in Hartford is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to support non-therapeutic and trial activities under supervision. You will coordinate visits, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain essential documentation with a focus on GCP and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with investigators, clinicians, and sponsors, advancing trial goals while ensuring patient safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care related field; other degrees substituted case-by-case.
• Minimum 1 year clinical research or health care related experience in a professional, internship, or volunteer role.
• Successful completion of CITI Course within first 3 months; certification by ACRP or SOCRA within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with study protocols and document every participant visit.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of trial participants based on protocol criteria.
• Oversee consent/assent process ensuring understanding of risks and benefits.
