UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in San Francisco seeks Clinical Social Workers II/III to provide psychosocial support to pediatric patients and families across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will perform assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, and care coordination with the multidisciplinary team to promote safe discharges and access to community resources.

Formación

• Master's degree from a CSWE-accredited school of Social Work.
• Licensed in California as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW).
• Experience in healthcare/hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for patients and families.
• Coordinate discharge planning and linkage to post-discharge resources.
• Collaborate with care teams to support timely, safe patient discharges.
• Supervise CSW II staff as applicable for licensure and program development.
