Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Provides consultation regarding psycho-social functioning to medical staff for planning care.
• Develops treatment plans and initiates clinical intervention with individual and group modalities.
• Acts as unit-based team leader with care management staff.
• Participates in interdisciplinary conferences and collaborative rounds.
• Assists patients and families in understanding and following medical and social work recommendations.
