10 HOSP Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seeks a dedicated individual to assist in clinical research activities. You will support investigators by performing administrative tasks, maintaining regulatory documents, and ensuring smooth study visits.

The role requires a High School diploma, organizational skills, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are encouraged to apply. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience and/or training in research preferred.
• Rotating shifts (afternoon/evening availability preferred).
• Some knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks to support investigators and research team.
• Assist with study start‑up and maintain regulatory documents.
• Schedule study visits according to protocol.
• Support data entry and maintain/update databases.
