Job summary

UC San Francisco seeks an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) to support the Children's Communication Center. You will assist in coordinating CCC activities on-site and off-site, manage data entry and chart reviews, and help recruit and retain study participants under supervision.

Ideal candidates have HS graduation and experience with REDCap, MS Office, and data editing tools, with strong attention to detail and clear communication. Experience with regulatory processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS graduation with relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, REDCap, and media editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site and off-site CCC clinical research and outreach activities.
• Manage databases and enter data with high quality.
• Review charts and EMRs to extract data for studies.
• Recruit, enroll, register, schedule, and retain study participants.
• Support study teams to keep participants on schedules.
• Provide administrative support for study activities with regulatory bodies.
• Assist with protocol design and data collection and reporting.
• Prepare for audits/monitoring visits by sponsors/regulatory agencies.
• Maintain study inventory and study binders.
• Help with website and social media content.
• Organize community outreach and educational activities.
