Job summary

Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator RN to support continuous quality improvement, safety, and evidence‑informed practice. The role partners with stakeholders across micro, meso, and macro levels to drive improvements using data and formal quality methodologies.

The RN must be licensed in Illinois, hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and typically have at least two years of clinical or coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate quality improvement projects at micro and mesosystem levels.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics and data analytics teams to monitor quality metrics.
• Mentor staff on quality improvement frameworks and evidence-informed practice.
• Support safety events investigations and follow‑up reporting.
