Achieve Beyond in Long Island, NY seeks a Clinical Psychologist to evaluate and support children with special needs across home, school, and clinic settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop IFSP/IEP goals, conduct language-appropriate assessments, and ensure timely reporting.

The role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive supervision structure, with opportunities to work in social work, ABA and related pediatric services across Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license.
• Experience conducting evaluations in home/school settings is preferred.
• Ability to work with children and families with compassion.

Responsabilités

• Administer Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings.
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
• Write IFSP and/or IEP goals.
• Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs.
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and regulations and submit records on time.
