Achieve Beyond is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to serve Nassau, NY, providing pediatric evaluations and ongoing therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings. You will join a supportive team focusing on collaboration and ethical care.

Qualificações

• Must be a NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Self-motivated and collaborative team member.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth-21 in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to enable carry-over at home.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow the therapy plan, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential child records.
• Adhere to HIPAA and timelines for required documentation.
