Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Completion of one-year pharmacy residency preferred.
• BLS certification accepted for safety.
• Colorado pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide drug information on medications, dosing, interactions, storage, and disposal to staff and patients.
• Sustain and implement quality and safety initiatives; report adverse drug events and variances.
• Deliver pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients via rounds, care teams, emergency response, and records.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and provide guidance to technicians, interns, residents, and students.
