Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist working during the evenings on a 7on/7off schedule. The position is located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and collaborating with the medical team to develop patient-specific medication therapy plans. Additional responsibilities include compounding medications, supporting pediatric patients and their families, and maintaining accurate medication records.

Hours Monday-Sunday 2pm-12am. Rotating 7 on / 7 off

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Practice and Compounding skills
• Expertise in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care
• Knowledge in Medicine and patient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Experience in pediatric pharmacy is a plus
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state pharmacy license
