Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Clinical Document Integrity Specialist for a hybrid role combining remote work with in-person rounding on units. You will work with physicians, nursing and coding staff to ensure documentation supports the DRG for pediatric cases, with a focus on quality, completeness and compliance.

Minimum 3–5 years in acute care nursing and related coding/utilization review experience are preferred, along with leadership and pediatric

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate improvement in clinical documentation quality, completeness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing and coding staff to ensure documentation supports DRG assignments.
  • Conduct initial and concurrent reviews on admissions to verify documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor patient status and use tools to track progress; serve as resource for DRG decisions.

This is a hybrid opportunity that combines remote work with in-person rounding on the units.
