Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a Clinical Director-Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor (CCC-SLP) in Wasilla, AK to lead pediatric therapy services. You will mentor SLPAs and fellows, provide clinical guidance, and uphold high standards across the Wasilla clinic. This is a hands-on leadership role with clinical autonomy.

Experience in pediatric SLP and Alaska licensure eligibility are required; previous clinic leadership is not mandatory. Relocation support is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) Eligible for Alaska licensure.
• Experienced in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Mentor and supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented; able to lead clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
• Mentor and support SLPAs, Clinical Fellows, and other staff.
• Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving.
• Help shape programming and growth of Wasilla clinic.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding as the clinic grows.
