Job summary

Care for Kids in Texas is seeking compassionate CMAs, LVNs, and RNs to join our pediatric clinical team. This versatile role supports both clinical and front-office operations to keep clinics running smoothly and ensure a superior patient and family experience.

Responsibilities include triage, assisting providers, med administration, lab support, radiology, patient education, registration, and insurance verification, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CMA/RMA/NCMA certification, Texas LVN license, or Texas RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience in pediatrics or urgent care.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and assisting providers.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and standard clinical procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric setting and support clinical and front-office duties.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, room, and triage pediatric patients, documenting vital signs.
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care, including vaccines and phlebotomy.
• Document patient information in the EMR accurately.
• Support front-office tasks: patient registration and insurance verification.
• Maintain compliant documentation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient patient flow.
